1st week: Acomplished!

Vamos fazer o balanco da 1a semana de CSCorps, baseado nas 3 missoes que tenho na India:

Let's summarize the 1st week at CSCorps, based on 3 missions I have in India:

1 - Interacao cultural & desenvolvimento de Cidadania Global: 1 - Interaction & cultural development of Global Citizenship:

A melhor forma de descrever essa 1a semana de interacao cultural sera pelos idiomas e como os devidos cerebros devem estar trabalhando aqui na India/ The best way to describe this 1st week for cultural interaction, will be the idioms and how it's probably working inside our brains, here in India:

Sam (canadense): Idioma natal 'e o ingles e ele so precisa falar ingles aqui.

Nadine (alema), Lila (francesa que mora na Irlanda), Kensuke (japones), Manuel (Peruano que mora na Costa Rica), todos falam um pouco da sua lingua natal e ingles a maior parte do tempo. Sam (Canadian): native language is English and he only need to speak English here. Nadine (German), Lille (France who lives in Ireland), Kensuke (Japanese), Manuel (Peruvian who lives in Costa Rica), all speak a little of their native languages and English most of the time. Ligia, Luciana e Mauricio (brasileiros) falam portugues, ingles, e espanhol com o Manuel (Costa Rica), o tempo todo! Os cerebros no final do dia, chegam fritos aos quartos para dormir, tem horas que mal entendemos a nossa propria lingua, tanto que fiz a Lu (que 'e de Comunicao IBM) prometer nao falar PORTUGUES AVANCADO comigo aqui na india! rs Ligia, Luciana and Mauricio (Brazilian) speak Portuguese, English and Spanish with the Manuel (Costa Rica), all the time! The brains at the end of the day are smashed, sometimes we barely understand our own language, that's why I asked to Luciana (that's IBM Communication) not to speak ADVANCED PORTUGUESE with me, here in india! E todos nos tentamos absorver palavras em Idioma local que 'e o Gujarat... mas confesso ser muito dificil, parece um idioma vindo de Kripton, e que so o super homem (ou uma super mulher) conseguiriam aprender em 28 dias...rs And we are all trying to absorb words in local language that's the Gujarat ... but I confess that;s very hard, like a language coming from Krypton, and just the superman (or a superwoman) can learn it in 28 days ... :)

2- FWWB/FWWB:

Trabalhamos a semana inteira no levantamento de dados junto aos 15 funcionarios envolvidos direta e indiretamente com o clientes da ONG. Comecamos com uma visao que nao fazia muito sentindo (pelo menos para mim) e terminamos a sexta-feira, com todos os dados necessarios para iniciar o desenho da solucao do processo de feedback para a FWWB. We work all week in the survey data from the 15 employees involved directly or indirectly to the NGO clients. We begin with a vision that did not make much sense (at least for me) and finished on Friday with all the necessary data to start drawing the solution to the feedback process for FWWB.

Nesse processo de entrevistas, destaque para um dos VPs, da ONG, um figura muito especial chamada Sr.Rajesh, um ex- piloto da Forca Area Indiana, ex- executivo de bancos privados, que teve um casamento arranjado aos 27 e nos contou em detalhes, como o amor nasceu entre o casal ao longo do tempo e no final, com Nadine e eu ja encantadas pelo contador de historias Indiano, ele nos presenteia com o livro que eles escreveu: "THAT HARDLY HAPPENS TO SOMEONE" http://www.rajeshsingh.co.in/index.asp

foi quando tudo realmente fez sentido!!! A encomenda da pequena, ja esta em 3 saris: o vermelho, o rosa e o roxo! Finalmente achamos em "Old City" milhoes de lojas que vendem Saris de todos os tipos, cores e tamanhos, acho que a dificuldade agora sera eu conseguir escolher os 3 entre tantas opcoes!! rs Clara's order has grown up, It's already 3 saris: red, pink and purple! We finally found at "Old City" millions of stores selling all types of saris, in colors and sizes, I think the difficulty now will I be choose 3 among so many options!
